The CSI Companies is a Jacksonville - based healthcare recruiting and staffing firm.
We are currently seeking a Medical Assistantwith Phlebotomy Skillsfor a physician s office in the Jacksonville Beach, FLarea.
Schedule/Shift: Monday Friday
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (30 minute lunch break) The office does not close during lunch.)

Handles new patient referrals, gathers necessary information, enters the patient information into the system and schedules/reschedules appointments
Serves as a liaison between the practice and referring physician
Schedules new patients in electronic medical records (EMR), EMR Chart check
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Answers phone calls, takes messages, routes calls and messages to the appropriate departments
Team player, able to work with office staff, Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Perform patient check-in and check-out in electronic computer system
Rooming patients
Take and record vital signs (EMR records) with absolute accuracy
Ability to multi-task
Phlebotomy skills a plus
Job Requirements:
Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of medical assisting experience
EMR experience required (AllScripts is a plus)
